By making an appointment at Cocoon Beauty & Wellness you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions.
24 hours notice is required to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Failure provide the sufficient notice will result in a fee of 100% of the service cost. No shows will also be charged at 100% of the service cost & you will be unable to make any future bookings if you fail to make payment.
